We have a no return policy, as all items are handmade to order. 

If there is any issue with your order please contact us at sheshoppetx@gmail.com. We will gladly come to a resolution to make sure all customers are happy with their purchase. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges as all items are handmade to order. If you need a different size please contact us at sheshoppetx@gmail.com. If a exchange is accepted the item will need to be returned in the original packaging so please keep everything.
